High capacity welding

In our production, we handle details that require welding. If it is a complex detail with many welding points, it is often profitable to consider robot welding, even if it is a smaller series. Compared to manual welding, it is both cheaper and faster. At Steelnova, both possibilities are available. We have four welding robots and six manual welding stations for optimal flexibility.

At Steelnova, robot welding is performed with so-called CMT technology, where the goods are not heated as much as in conventional welding. The big benefit is that you get basically spray-free welds. CMT welding is most efficient for goods whose dimensions are up to 6 mm. We manufacture our own welding fixtures, which means great benefits for the customer.

At our manual welding stations, MAG / TIG welding is performed by welding operators with many years of experience.
